In the past, Florida real estate brokers have charged the public the same commission rate regardless of your circumstances. ADDvantage sees real estate differently. Full-service listings that are “vacant” cost the real estate company less to manage and market so we charge you less commission. Those properties that are “owner-occupied” but can use a lock box will be charged a bit more than a vacant home, but less than a 6% traditional listing. And, a “owner occupied” home that requires an ADDvantage Associate to be present during all showings would require more company resourses and ththerefore a ”traditional” 6% commission listing is most appropriate.

ADDvantage also offers Florida home owners deep discounts for self-serve listings “FSBO” or flat fee MLS listings. Flat rate MLS is best suited for those who do not want a traditional agent-client type relationship.
