I would be very interested in looking at this property. Can you tell me if the balcony off the master bedroom has a hottub as well as the one on the lower level? You mention it twice. Maybe the balcony has spiral stairs leading down to the lower level, which has the porch, shower, hot tub, etc. Please contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with you.
